Donna’s Devoted Health Care (DDHC) is seeking an experienced, dependable, and compassionate Caregiver or CNA to support an 90-year-old female client who is wheelchair-bound and relocating to live with her family in Dade City.

Position Details
Location: Dade City, FL
Schedule: 12-hour shifts 9am-9pm
Start Date: November 24, 2025
Environment: Meticulous, pet-friendly home (must be comfortable with dogs)
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide respectful and attentive personal care and companionship
Complete wheelchair transfers safely and confidently
Prepare nutritious, home-cooked meals and maintain a tidy kitchen
Support daily routines, light housekeeping, and laundry
Communicate clearly and professionally with client and family
Maintain confidentiality and uphold DDHC’s Code of Conduct
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of home care or facility experience
Level II background screening and Drug Test
Current CPR certification and CEU's
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Non-smoker (strict requirement)
Comfortable cooking meals and performing transfers
Neat, well-groomed, and well-spoken
Comfortable with friendly household dogs
Must follow DDHC policy of no political or religious discussions while on duty
